Once you have chosen your photograph, view our order page and decide which canvas size you would like and whether you would like the background of your painting to be plain or that of the original photograph. Email or post the photograph to us, explaining your requirements and you will then receive a confirmation email from us, recounting the details of your order.
When the hand painted portrait reaches its final stages, we will send you a photograph of the painting in order for you to review it and confirm or request modifications.
If you request modifications we will modify your painting according to your suggestions and you will get a chance to view the alterations.
We are dedicated to quality control and will ensure you are 100% satisfied with your oil painting. We guarantee your painting to be exactly as you have ordered or payment will be refunded.
Your completed painting will be sent to you via recorded delivery, rolled up in a cardboard tube.
We ask for an upfront payment of 50% to be paid via the PayPal option on the order page or by cheque, sent to our contact address. Then, when you have confirmed your painting, you will be asked to pay the balance.

Use the table provided to decide on your canvas size and preferred background.
Stage 3
Send the photograph with details of your requirements to us, via email or post. You will receive a confirmation email from us.
Stage 4
You will be asked for a payment of 50% via PayPal or cheque.
Stage 5
You will receive a photograph of your painting in the final stages, for you to confirm your satisfaction or request modifications. You will then be asked to pay the balance.
Stage 6
Your finished painting will be sent to you via recorded delivery.
